What you need to hold today's revenue
- Current gross service revenue
- Exact break-even threshold
- Minimum whole completed appointments
- Change from current volume
Test the appointment volume you expect
Enter the completed-appointment volume you expect after the change and see the gross service revenue it would produce.
Whole number, per month.
Arrow keys move one appointment at a time. The number field accepts values beyond the slider's range.

Limits of these figures. Figures show gross service revenue before business expenses. Estimate only. Not financial advice. Completed-appointment break-even thresholds are mathematical boundaries, not predictions of customer behavior. Whole-appointment minimums round up. Amounts are handled to the smallest unit of the selected currency; changing currency changes the format only. The annualized figure ignores seasonality, phased rollout, and any change in volume during the transition.
How the calculation works
- Current gross service revenue = average collected now × completed appointments in the representative month.
- Exact break-even threshold = current gross service revenue ÷ planned average collected. This is a mathematical boundary and may be a fraction.
- Minimum whole completed appointments = the exact threshold rounded up to the next whole appointment. A partial appointment cannot be completed, so the minimum never rounds down.
- Change from current volume = minimum whole completed appointments − current completed appointments.
- Scenario gross service revenue = planned average collected × expected completed appointments.
- Monthly difference = scenario gross service revenue − current gross service revenue. Annualized difference = monthly difference × 12, treating every month as identical to the representative month.
- Currency sets the number format and the smallest unit accepted (two decimals for most currencies; whole units for JPY and KRW). No exchange-rate conversion is applied.
